One of the services we offer is house watching. If you are on a regular house watch schedule A Votre Service! will ensure that your Hamptons property is closely monitored, particularly for the cold weather conditions and any potential storms!

During our visit we walk the outside of the property as well as the full interior and we follow a standard checklist, such as to check for any damages, leaks, frozen pipes, flush toilets, run the water, functioning thermostats, chimney flue, etc. We adjust the thermostats according to the weather. Should we find anything amiss we notify the homeowner immediately and take/send pictures if there any concerns. We will make recommendations for an immediate plan of action.
