Tired of making the same New Year's resolutions? Here are a couple resolutions we can help you keep!

(1) Simplify your life. Let us help you reclaim time and space by showing you how to let go of the excess, the clutter, the “stuff” that holds you back. Feng shui practitioners understand how physical clutter burdens us with mental clutter. Give yourself a fresh start for the New Year! Let us help you with systems and organization, and even letting go. We can help you organize your desk, workroom, or living space. A Votre Service!

(2) Gift yourself peace of mind. Let us be your eyes during the sleepy winter months in the Hamptons. We will watch your home and grounds, with our recommended weekly maintenance checks by our Hamptons Property Management Service, thoroughly checking both the interior and exterior for any issue: checking for pests, insects, water damage, leaks; ensuring proper functioning of security systems, heating systems, time-activated sensors, lights, irrigation systems; bringing mail and packages inside and watering plants; checking chimney flues for infestation; inspecting drains and gutters; and any additional services that will put your mind at ease. We will even make sure snow is removed from the grounds. Currently serving clients in Southampton, Watermill, Bridgehampton, Sag Harbor, East Hampton, Amagansett, Montauk, Hampton Bays, Westhampton, Westhampton Beach, Remsenberg, Quogue, and East Quogue, we care for your property so you can relax, knowing it is safe. Hamptons house watching—the perfect gift to yourself this holiday season.

And here’s an anti-resolution idea: instead of making a list of things you hope to accomplish, start a list of things that you have done. Write down something each day on a slip of paper, something that was good and positive that day, and drop it inside a jar. At the end of the year, review the jar’s contents. If you have a family jar, review as a family! If each family member has their own jar, ask each to share the top five from their yearly jar.

Galette des Rois, or Kings' Cake

Finally, don’t forget to enjoy January. Or at least, some delicious Galette des Rois, or Kings’ Cake, the traditional French cake of Epiphany in celebration of the Three Kings on January 6.
Perhaps you’ll be the lucky one who discovers the fève hidden in the cake and you’ll get to be king or queen for a day.
