Policies

At “A Votre Service!” we endeavor to give professional, personal and dependable service.  
We feel strongly that attention to detail; reliability and thoughtfulness are important parts of our duties.  Everyone on our team understands our goals and takes pride in the care they give our clientele. In order to maintain our highly trained and trustworthy staff we need to implement the following policies: 

Payments:  Regular services must be pre-paid either monthly or bi-monthly.  Charges for extra services and/or applicable credit will be reflected on the next month invoice.  A 50% deposit is required on all special services (i.e. spring cleaning, openings and closings and construction clean-up).  Our invoice payments are due upon receipt.   We have a no refund policy.  Our minimum is $140 (or 4 hours) per cleaning.

Cancellations:  From October to April:  We ask that regularly scheduled cleanings not be cancelled.  However, if the house is going to be empty for an extended period, we are happy to adjust the schedule according to your needs, but we request ten days notice to make the change.   
                        From May to September:  During this season we must employ extra personnel, therefore we cannot accept cancellations on scheduled cleaning days.  Payment is expected with every booked cleaning. 
                                     
Schedule Change: We require three days notice prior to the regularly scheduled cleaning date to implement a change. 

Seasonal Cleanings: Final summer rental cleanings will be estimated one week prior to departure and must be prepaid at the time of the estimate. 

Premise Accessibility: Access to the house must be given to our staff (keys/alarm code).  Scheduled services that cannot be rendered because the staff is unable to enter the premises will still be charged to the client. 

Supplies: Cleanings supplies need to be provided by the client.         

Fees: The initial estimated fee will be re-evaluated periodically.

A Votre Service! reserves the right to cancel its services due to improper treatment of the staff or unacceptable working conditions.
